At Absolutely Brew Coffee LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality coffee products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy outlined below.

All Sales Are Final on Coffee Products

Because coffee is a perishable, consumable food item, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee once it has been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will happily resolve any issues if your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

Shipping Issues

Absolutely Brew Coffee LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Coffee and consumable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items
